Does anyone have or can get plans for earth-shelter family housing. I'm thinking of using reinforced concrete.

Secondly, it might help if you could give some more explanation of what you are thinking of doing?

The University of Minnesota was the core of the earth shelter design and information movement in the 1970's. Check there - it was a part of the Civil Engineering department. I recall the term "Underground Space Center" was used. Most, but not all of the work was geared for residential construction.

The Civil building and laboratories are earth sheltered so thye can place huge reaction lateral loads on strucures in the lab.
