Does anyone know how to change your system defaults in 2007?

Does anyone know how to change your system defaults in 2007?

(OP)
I was an AutoCad user many years ago & have now found my self back into to relm of 2D once again, but I hate the default setting in 2007 & would love to change things like the Osnap, settings upon opening AutoCad so that I don't have to set them up every time I work in it.

RE: Does anyone know how to change your system defaults in 2007?

You should only have to change any preference once, then anytime you log back in, all your settings should be remembered.

First open a drawing.

Go into Tools Options, set it the way you want.

Right click on a toolbar to turn on and off ones you want, and customize any.

Type OS and set your prefered snaps.

Tools Customize acad.pgp will let you define shortcuts.

Save teh drawing, and exit.  When you go back in, everything should be like you left it.
