Vibratory hammer formula

Dear Colleagues, I wonder if someone can help me to complete de vibratory hammer formula proposed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in its Pile Driving Equipment paper, EI 02G001 01 July 1997. A problem with a font avoids the right reading. Thanks.

RE: Vibratory hammer formula

It looks like this publication has been reissued as a Unified Facilities Criteria publication, available here:
http://www.wbdg.org/ccb/DOD/UFC/ufc_3_220_02.pdf

I could read the vibratory hammer equation in this version just fine.

Dear Panars, I truly thank your help. Finally I could read correctly the paper.

Best regards
