We have a situation where our grease interceptor is too high for gravity feed.  Are there pumps that are capable of adding pressure head to pump grease waste to our interceptor?

There are pumps that can lift concrete up several stories.  So, I would think, there are pumps that can lift grease water.

Try Gorman-Rupp, Goulds, Hydromatic.  Probably others.

Depending on flow you might try an air operated diaphragm pump.  These pumps are made for pumping slurries and can be used for grease.  You can achieve a head equal to compressed air pressure.

When choosing a pump for grease, you should go for submersible pump with open impeller. These are pumps for waste water and not any mass of grease could be trapped into the pump.

progressive Cavity or other positive displacement pumps are readily available and can push very high solids concentrations.  Moyno makes a number of different models.
