Need vendors that actually have designed strand dryer for predrying strands before they enter the pelletizer . Tired of home made

RE: plastci strand dryers

When I ask Google for hits on "polymer strand drier" I get hits for machines that do that.

RE: plastci strand dryers

We simply lift the strands out of the water bath while they are still very hot and blow air across them with a few fans before the pelletiser, then blow more air over them while on the separator.

We adjust the bars that lift the strands so the pellets go into the bag at 70 to 80 deg C.

RE: plastci strand dryers

We ran the still hot strand over thin metals tubes with holes in them so that the compressed air was able to blow air on the strands and dry them so no special machine required.
