LOAD ESTIMATING FOR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

(OP)
I WANT TO PLAN A DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM. I NEED SOME TYPICAL DATA SUCH AS VA/m2 FOR DIFFERENT INDUSTRIES AND RESIDENTAL USERS.

RE: LOAD ESTIMATING FOR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

First, you need to find the Caps Lock key on your keyboard and turn off the uppercase letters.

Next, try looking at the System Planning Guide listed here:

RE: LOAD ESTIMATING FOR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

If you are in the USA:

Residential service sizing is well described in NEC. There are guidelines for industrial service sizing too.

You can start with RS Means, Electrical Cost data for a typical industry, but in the end you need firmer data from the industry consultant themselves. (process consultants).

You can also ask repective utility companies serving industrial areas. You will have to find the right person to talk to.
