The thing to watch carefully is that for some of heat treatable Al alloys the condictivity changes greatly when they are heat treated.
As far as I know the values in the AMS handbook are very reliable.

You can also find them in AMS 2658.

Just to clarify what swall added, SAE AMS 2658 is an aerospace material standard that can be obtained from the SAE website:
