Drawing view how to show some hidden lines, not all?

Drawing view how to show some hidden lines, not all?

(OP)
In a drawing I have a top view and a projected front view. In the front view I need some of the hidden lines turned on, but not all because its just too busy. Se here is my pipe dream!! Is it possible to filter hidden lines in a projected view based on a selection in the parent view? for example I would like to selet the c-bores only in the parent view which would turn on their hidden view in the projected view. This would probably require some serious programming magic of some kind...
So what's my alternative? when I turn on hidden lines and I have hundreds! how do I EASILY select just the few that I want and turn off all the others?

RMB on the features you want to show from the specific view in the View Manager, then Show/Hide > Show hidden edges

cheers

Thanks CBL, that's pretty close to what I want. I've noticed that after I do this I can select other hidden lines that turned on from the projected view and hide them, further narrowing down to what I want.
