One advice: Don't write in L33k sp34k (leek speak). This will bring very poor habits that may be hard 2 break.

Find some native English speakers and talk to them. Ask them to correct you.
Read. Books, magazines, newspapers.
Focus on the structural differences between your native language and English.
Capitalize. The first word in a sentence. Proper nouns. I.
Use full words, not numbers that sound like words, no phonetic combinations that sound the same.

This should be:
Cool. Thank you all so much for your good replies. I hope all of you - MintJulep, ControlNovice, and MadMango, will help me to correct and improve my writing.
Cool is colloquial, and has no place in formal writing. It is acceptable in an informal setting such as this forum.
The comma before "and MadMango", or more speciffically before the last item in a list that is prefixed with "and" is a topic of debate. It is generally suggested in American English style guides, and omitted in British guides.
RE: How i can improve my english
Anyhow, some tips from a non native speaker(mind you, it is a continuous process).
Read news papers and novels(contemporary)
Be careful about books like Word power made easy and 30 days for the most powerful vocabulary etc., not that they are bad but not much helpful for day to day usage.
British Council's business english courses are good and the course fee is nominal.
RE: How i can improve my english
To improve your English, read, write and speak it with those who are proficient. You are perhaps picking up poor habits from those debauching the language. Some laxity is shown non-native speakers, but generally, sloppy language indicates a sloppy mind.

You can add the Google toolbar to your Internet browser. Then, before Preview or Submit, do a spellcheck (looks kind of like √ABC on the drop-down menu).
RE: How i can improve my english
I am not sure where you come from but I know you can speak English better than I can speak (insert your native language here).
I think you should concentrate on the basics first, then work on the grammar, a lot of native English speaking people have trouble with correct grammar.
Good luck

RE: How i can improve my english
From my own experience of learning French at school, being able to read written and understand spoken language is typically the relatively easy part. This seems to agree with what some other people I’ve spoken to say. This is also relatively easy to practice as you can read books; listen to Radio/Film/TV etc.
Speaking is next, since typically the person you’re speaking to will try and meet you half way, lots of hand gestures etc. This is probably where you really start to benefit from ‘total immersion’.
The hardest part, for me at least and from what I’ve seen with interns we have from Germany, is the writing. Practice makes perfect, the interns we have like to have me read over their work and make comments/corrections. As time goes on they get better but even at the end of 6 months it’s rare they can prepare a document of any significant length without it needing quite a lot of correction (although the same goes for many of the English Speakers around here

What is missing now, it is properly speaking. Never did I was in total immersion. I probably had hard time with the various "h" sound. Or to properly pronounce differently words like "ate", "hate", "eight" and "height".
I would like to know if that post of mine contain a lot of mistakes.
Thank you

I agree with KENAT about learning to speak another language, my native language is French. My first tool to learn English was video games, then watching TV programs in English. For the last seven years I’ve bought most of my fiction books in original language so a lot of them in English. I practice my writing on forums like this one, but I can't explain how English grammar works, especially the verb tense. I write intuitively, using an aesthetic criteria to correct myself, "Does it look good to my eyes or not?” a habit I have in French, but then I can explain French grammar.
What is missing now, is being able to properly speak it, I’ve never had the chance to be in total immersion. I’d probably have a hard time with the various "h" sound. Or properly pronouncing similar sounding/spelt words like "ate", "hate", "eight" and "height".
I would like to know if this post of mine contains a lot of mistakes.
Thank you

That’s not to say it’s grammatically correct, I only got a C in English and only studied it till I was 16, I’m also dyslexic, but I hope it helps.
By the way a pretty good effort for someone who’s never been totally immersed! Certainly better than the last time I tried writing French.
J’ai parle un peu le Francais mai, je trouve tout les langes vivantes tres dificile (or something like that).

Your corrections makes my post more aesthetic than my first attempt.
Your effort are not bad either. Here is the proper form.
"Je parle un peu le français, mais je trouve que toutes les langues vivantes sont très dificile à apprendre"
RE: How i can improve my english
I should have got that "I speak" not "I have speak".
I haven't used my French for about 5 years and Haven't written it for about 13 (not that I was very good then) so I'm surprised you had any idea what I was on about.
Shawki, I just looked at some of your posts and am wondering if WGJ and I were perhaps wrong, if so once again appologies.
What if any formal education have you had in English? The thing that is confusing me is the way you throw a lot of slang & numbers instead of letters etc. To me this is more typical of a lazy teenager than someone with English as a second language!
Perhaps we can tailor advice based on your experience so far!

RE: How i can improve my english
Well, there is one thing you must have to learn a language.
You've got to LOVE the language.
I tried this method and it worked out for my vocabulary (it seems that vocabulary is the most impeding factor for most people).
I had read somewhere that the human mind could absorb up to eight new words per day. So, I grabbed a very large white sheet and taped it it on the wall.
Day 1: write 8 new words from dictionary and make eight sentences.
Day 2: Review 8 previous words and write 8 new words on the same white sheet and make 8 new sentences.
Day three: Review day 1 and 2 and add 8 new words with sentences.
Day 4, day 5 etc.. and before you know it, you vocabulary starts building and confidence with it.
Then again, I loved the language. and... shawki, one language at a time will you?

RE: How i can improve my english
No offense to anyone but I'd be lying if I said I loved French, not sure I even love English so maybe that is part of the problem.
So why am posting in this forum you may ask...
