RE: supplier for Hellical wound springs

I could not view the images, but have you tried Associated Spring?  They make just about every conceivable type of spring.

try it again

I have tried with associated springs spain http://www.bgespana.com/
and they said me that they coulnd't do it.
 any other idea?

RE: supplier for Hellical wound springs

That spring is not somethign that is very common for associated spring.  You might try with Matthew Warren Industries.  They are second only to Associated in the US for spring and spring materials.  I am pretty sure they can make them.

Thanks! I will ask

Any european supplier?? it would be perfect !

RE: supplier for Hellical wound springs

I'm not to sure of any European spring companies.  However, you might check on the European Spring Federation (ESF, they are the equivalent to SMI) website and see if you can find something.  There is also an institue out of Japan, but if I were you I would stay away from products that come from there because of the inflated prices they would throw at you.

RE: supplier for Hellical wound springs

The Associated Spring plant in Corry, PA (USA) makes springs with rectangular section wire, so this may still be a possibility.  For European suppliers, you may try Scherdel.  Their facility in France makes garter springs.  The only other suggestion I have is to visit the ESF website and look for member companies in one of the European countries.
