Help with MathCAD and air cooler header calcs

(OP)
I have entered the ASME Appendix 13 calculations for a rectangular pressure vessel per sketch 1 into MathCAD.

Would anyone be interested in reviewing this document for me making any suggestions for improvements?

I would appreciate comments concerning my ASME calculation accuracy, also ways to format my document.

What kind of layout would work best for this type of application.  Should I add sketches?

Send me your email address and I will send you my file.
