AntiSnap?

AntiSnap?

AntiSnap?

(OP)
I am a solid works newbie who just purchased and installed 2007 SP2.2.  Everything seems to be fine except for the snaps in sketch mode.  Upon initially drawing a line I cannot snap to anything.  If I draw a rectangle then drag points they will snap. But on the initial start of a line, circle, rectangle etc. It will not attach to any snap point .  Automatic relations, enable snapping, snap to model geometry are all on.  I have already tried a re-install as well.  Any suggestions?

RE: AntiSnap?

See what your settings are under tools>options>system options>sketch>relations-snaps

RE: AntiSnap?

Make sure you don't have anything selected in the Selection Filter toolbar.

Is your video card and driver certified by SW?

cheers
