Has anyone done this successfully in either the GTAW or GMAW process?

70/30 copper nickel.

Assuming that HSLA-65 is equivalent to 5LX-65, we have made these sdissimilar welds using 70/30 copper nickel filler, aluminum bronze fillers and Nickel fillers.
