Caprolan RC vs. Fibermesh Fibers

Caprolan RC vs. Fibermesh Fibers

Caprolan RC vs. Fibermesh Fibers

(OP)
Can anyone give me some insight on either of these products?  What is better and why??

RE: Caprolan RC vs. Fibermesh Fibers

Caprolan-RC is a Nylon 6 product produced by Honeywell.  It is made with virgin nylon 6 and is produced specifically for fiber reinforcement of concrete.  Quality parameters are monitored closely to ensure the product is the same on all shipments.  It is not product downgraded from other intended uses as can be the case in some other products.

RE: Caprolan RC vs. Fibermesh Fibers

nylon fibers absorbs water during mixing process.
therefore it is effective the water / cement ratio.
Wo do not recommend to use nylon fibers
however other fibers like polyfibers (polypropylene) have much better performance.
ýn you question, it is not clear that which purpose will you use fibers in concrete...
