RE: Does Anybody Have Bolting Problems ?

Size of holes might be more important tha fasteners. Order of assembly in complex parts can be very helpful

RE: Does Anybody Have Bolting Problems ?

I remember from Sailing that most of the bolting issues we encountered was from excessive vibration or stress issues from improper ship design. As far as engines are concerned, the Pielsticks have had some importance pressed on their Cylinder Head Bolts, after so many hours, they need to be inspected, dye penetrant tested, and/or x-ray'd to find cracks.
