Part's History

(OP)
Is there a way to find the part's history; where was is used in other assemblies.

RE: Part's History

Use SolidWorks Explorer or PDMWorks.

RE: Part's History

SW Explorer will tell you where a component IS used. It will not report where a component WAS used. I don't know about PDMWorks.

cheers

RE: Part's History

PDMWorks will keep history, if you don't overwrite it.
