Is it possible to have a dimension drive a line in draft like it is in part?  There is a button for this, but it is locked out.

RE: Driving dimentions in draft

Hi,

yes, that's possible. The option Tools --> Maintain Relationship
must be active otherwise lines will stay at the drawn length
and the are not constrained in any way.
To assist you may then also activate 'Relationship Handles'

Any driven line should be in a different color from those that
are driving. The color can be set: Format -- Style  pulldown
should be Dimension select the Style from the list and then
click on 'Modify' On tab 'general' you will find the colours
