SW TASK SCHEDULER 2007

SW TASK SCHEDULER 2007

SW TASK SCHEDULER 2007

(OP)
We have been running Task Scheduler for the last couple of years here to create dxfs and pdfs of all of our legacy data. We are now having trouble getting the Task Scheduler to work now that we have upgraded to 2007. Is anyone else having problems with it?

RE: SW TASK SCHEDULER 2007

No problem here. We only use it to update our models to SolidWorks 2007 version. I am sure you know this; your PC must be on to run Task Scheduler at night. I just lock the system when I leave.

RE: SW TASK SCHEDULER 2007

Only problem I have seen with SW07 is the fact people don't have the swboengine.exe running in the processes

RE: SW TASK SCHEDULER 2007

I've always had problems with Task Scheduler (well since SW05) - usually when bulk printing drawings where I wait for 2 hours for the 'scheduled' boxes to read 'completed' and from then on nothing happens.

And 'Print PDMworks drawings' has never worked at all - it just freezes and does nothing.

From using it I get the feeling it's just not really finished.

RE: SW TASK SCHEDULER 2007

I had problems with the SW05 one never starting... but I just tested this a couple of days ago in SW07 and with the SWBOengine.exe running the TS started right up.
