Drawing Formats

Drawing Formats

(OP)
Guys,

I posted this problem before, please see thread554-146326. I still haven't resolved it. It's an ongoing 'pain in the @~'#'.

I basically have a problem with loading formats. Enteties created with the sketch tool are lost when I re-open a drawing. These were loading fine initially. The table entities and text within are fine when re-opened.

Any suggestions welcome. I have tried alll the suggestions in the initial format.
I'm loosing the Third Angle Symbol which is the biggest issue. If I re-load the format, everything comes back in.
i.e File / page set up.

Any suggestion welcome.

RE: Drawing Formats

Can you post one of the (what version) formats somewhere?
Examining and trying to use one may help.

RE: Drawing Formats

it still sounds like the directory path is having a hiccup. double check for any conflicting entries, spaces in the path, maybe another config in the startup sequence. do you have any old formats that *do* work? personally, i keep most of these options (company standards) in the config.sup to prevent modification.

and yes, FORMAT_SETUP_FILE is a .dtl specific for the creation of formats in format mode.
