Design of Steel Sheet Piles

(OP)
I am currently working on dealing with Corrosion issues in European countries with steel sheet piles.

The main aspect of my work is harmonization of the design and would like to know before I begin the current problems faced by the working design engineer while dealing with the corrosion aspect.
For example. If he is working for a german client he follows the Blum theory and what is the corrosion allowance considered by him? or if he works for the french client, does he follow the French ( which one) code for dealing with the corrosion allowance?
