Citect HMI: "cant open file" error.

Citect HMI: "cant open file" error.

Citect HMI: "cant open file" error.

(OP)
not sure how much citect experience is out there.  We are working on a particular part of a job where we are trying to get different jobs to save from the citect interface to the network and local drives.  all of the jobs (jobs are sections of the process) save except for one.  citect finds the file, but cant open it.  every job runs through the same code and they work, so it isnt a code issue.  any experience with this or ideas on what it is about the file (.dbf, database file, opened in excel) that might cause a problem like this?  thanks.

and yes, i know this is a long shot asking for help on it.

RE: Citect HMI: "cant open file" error.

Hello;
     What is the file. If another program or process has the file open, then yes you will get the above error.

RE: Citect HMI: "cant open file" error.

I am a little confused on your problem. I have been developing a SCADA system using Citect. Could you elaborate on your trouble?
