Vent Outbreathing/Inbreathing from Solid Transfer

Vent Outbreathing/Inbreathing from Solid Transfer

(OP)
Hello.
Does anyone have any information concerning breathing rates for the sizing of a free vent or conservation vent for cases where a solid (powder) is dumped from or into a storage tank or hopper. API 2000 provides values in SCFH of air for liquid input/output rates, but I did not find any values for solid flow rates.  I'm not sure if it is acceptable to use a bulk density in LB/FT3 and convert to FT3/time.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
