Product model appears sectioned???

Product model appears sectioned???

Product model appears sectioned???

(OP)
We have a product model that has a few saved sections (Created with the DMU license).  All the sections are turned off (Hidden).  I open the product model and everything appears fine (Full model with no sectioning).  Two other coworkers open the model and everything appears normal.

However, another coworker opens the product model and it appears to have all the sections turned on.  The funny is, the sections are shown to be turned off and they show like they would if you don't have the DMU license (Everything is the same color and there are no breaks between components).

There is nothing we have been able to do to correct this model on that person PC.  Sectioning will not turn off.

Has anyone seen this problem?  Is there a setting somewhere?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Runz,

Tell to that user to delete the whole cache on his PC.

Regards
Fernando
