balloon /partlist /sheets

(OP)
In the main assy (sheet one) I have ten parts. I have ten sheets containing the the individual parts. In the assy sheet I have the partlist and balloons
( item1 = Part1, item2 = part2 and so on).

All the sheets must have part list, but the pos. is allways "1", because it only contains one part.

I need to link all the sheets containing individual parts to the item list in the main assy.

RE: balloon /partlist /sheets

Hi,

AFAIK it's not possible. The only thing you might do is to
set the item number to start the parts list with (for the
single part) to that number the assembly parts does list
for that item. See parts list --> Properties --> Tab 'Sorting'

RE: balloon /partlist /sheets

Use display configurations.  It will increase your draft file size and decrease performance.

In your assembly, create a display configuration showing each part individually, hiding all the rest.
In the draft, don't create a draft view of the individual parts on sheets 1 thru 10, but rather add a view of the full-up assembly and apply the display configuration so only the single part appears in the view.

RE: balloon /partlist /sheets

Another variant.

Place part list with auto-balloon.
Select balloon and change the number correct.
update part list and delete the balloon.
