SW2007 SP2.2 won't load a file

SW2007 SP2.2 won't load a file

SW2007 SP2.2 won't load a file

(OP)
I've installed SW2007 SP2.2 about a week ago. So far I like it and works fine except every now and then will stop loading a drawing or an assembly. It starts the job and goes as far as loading the image (like in viewing mode) then kind of stops. Windows Task Manager shows it running. I am looking right now at CPU usage and it's somewhere between 0 and 5%.

My only option is to end SolidWorks and start it again. After restart the same file will load in no time. And works fine for a couple of hours and than it does it again.

Anyone experienced something similar?

RE: SW2007 SP2.2 won't load a file

Was this a fresh install of SW07 or just an SP update?
Anti-virus disabled, yada-yada-yada ...?

If just an update, I would suggest uninstalling/rolling-back to SP2.1 or SP2 and waiting for SP3.

cheers

It's a fresh install. I updated the video card driver but oops it did it again.
