Surface Loft needing to have radius

Surface Loft needing to have radius

Surface Loft needing to have radius

(OP)
Hey,
Just after a little bit of help.

I had to plot some points to make up 2 custom curves I needed to make a custom profile. I got the two curves and did a surface loft between them. I then drew a circle on a different plane and did an extrude from this circle up to the lofted surface. All is well.
But I need to put a radius on the corners of this shape. Shape basically looks like a cyclinder tube, but one end of the tube is not parallel with the other, and the profile is custom. Anyway, I need radii on the corners, but when I do this, it puts the radius in fine, but the surface loft stays, so I get a thin surface overhanging the radius. basically the radius has cut into the solid shape, but it didnt remove the top surface.

Is there a way I can add a radius to a surface loft, which actually removes the surface loft material?

Oh - to make matters more complex, the surface loft was betwen the two curves I made, but I needed to extend the diameter of the 'cylinder tube' by using a surface extend outwards.... its this outer edge that I need the radius on.

Any help would be really appriciated.

Cheers

Just uploaded a bit of a screenshot so you can see what I mean. you will see the surface on the top, and the overhanging bit that the fillet is cutting 'underneith', which should in theory be removed, but its just not going away.

Please help!

hmm.
I just took a stab in the dark and did a delete body on the surface, and it removed it....

Still like to hear from people though
