Hello,
We transfer a batch of polystyrene beads from a 15,000 reactor into a slurry kettle.  The kettle's manhead used to be open and we cooled the batch to 70C before transferring it so steam generation would be nullified.  Not we closed the manhead and want to transfer at 135C to save on cycle time.  The vessel has a fan on it and I want to verify that there is enough venting capacity so steam does not stay in the vessel too long.  How would I calculate steam generation from to 135C batch (around 60,000 of H2O in a batch, flowrate of 600 GPM during transfer) and then calculate fan venting needed to get the steam out of the vessel?

Just want to prevent buildup of steam in the vessel and have maybe a condensing vacuum effect.
