Typical retail space power consumption

(OP)
Hi,
I am collection information on size of service AMPs, (208/3ph) that a typical retail lease space is supplied with.  These will be not necessarily high consumers like restaurants etc...
Just retail shopps in strip shopping centers in midwest.
Any information is appreciated.
thanks

RE: Typical retail space power consumption

I strongly recommend checking the lease, or typical leases in the market area.

RE: Typical retail space power consumption

Check the Means Estimating manuals published by McGraw-Hill.
They have allready done that for you.

RE: Typical retail space power consumption

This is typically done on a square foot basis.  The IEEE Grey Book has typically values, but the data is getting pretty old.

This will vary significantly depending on climate, building codes and occupancy.
