i  cant seem to delete a hole table i have placed, i cant select to delete or edit. there also seems to be no way of editing an existing table. any ideas?

Hi,

Click the select tool (yellow arrow), then click on the icon at the top left called 'select options' i believe.

In this dialog box, make sure 'active layer' is not checked.

This should let you select your hole table I think.

Thanks fred, i knew it was simple but seemed to be having a mental block with this one.

Hi,

I think that this option ( 'active layer' ) sometimes has
a life of it's own, even when set to 'OFF' it reverts back to 'ON'
from time to time (V18/V19)
