We will design gravity flow line (2B)from 4th floor storage tank to 1st floor service tank for sodium aluminate as following;

Elevation for 4th FL: 15m
Storage tank vol. : 15m3

I would like to know gravity mass flow of 2B thransfer line
can you inform that this mass flow rate calculation method?

I suspect that you are not giving us all the information here because on the surface this problem seems too simple to ask questions about. What is the "trick" that you haven't told us about? What difficulties to you foresee in performing this calculation?

IF you keep both ends of the line submerged in liquid and IF the pressure in the line doesn't drop below the vapor pressure and IF the line doesn't collapse, then you can apply Bernouli's equation, adding in minor losses, to find the flow rate.
