COULD ANYONE TELL ME WHY???
WHEN YOU CREAT A NEW PART YOU DRAW A CIRCLE, THEN YOU DRAW A LINE FROM EATHER THE LEFT OR THE RIGHT TANGENT TO THE CIRCLE, THEN YOU DRAW A LINE UP VERTICLY THEN HORAZONTALY IT SNAPS TANGENT TO THE CIRCLE? KIND OF A STUPID QUESTION BUT WAS JUST WONDERING IF IT WAS A GLITCH OR SOMETHING.

That's AUTOMATIC RELATIONS... it's a SYSTEM PROPERTY. You can toggle it off, but that's a bad idea... IMHO.
