I'm looking for information about how to adress the different stiffness of a steel moment frame and wood shear walls in a dual system

Not sure what your question is, but it's a matter of determining the relative stiffness of both.  Apply a unit load and determine the displacement for the stiffnesses.

Look up "rigid diaphragm" and "flexible diaphragm" and load distribution for each.
