Help on frac design

Help on frac design

(OP)
Hello,

I am trying to design a hydraulic fracture for a zone that I am working on.

The zone is a shallow(550m) low pressure(550psi) silty channel.  Porosity of about 27%.  From a buildup test s=3.6, k=3.3mD, kh=14.7mDm.

I am designing for low rate feed to hopefully give a long fracture lenght.  From a geology standpoint the two things im worried about are fines migration and possible plasticy of the formation closing around the propant to decrease conductivity.

So far the fracs I am possibly considering are 10tonne energized C02, N2 foam frac, gelled hydrocarbon.

I am new to frac design.  I have gotten a few reccomendations from service companies but wondering if any one here has any ideas.

Thanks.
