Hi,

I'd like to try and see if I can have a custom filter work just like the way I've got this example below:

Here's what I've got so far:

Task Name           Days       Start         Resource Names
Analysis              1 day     4 jan         jack
Design                1 day     4 jan         matt
Building              4 days    24 jan        jack

I want the Resources Names as listed above to behave exactly the way I want to when I use "Assign Resources" Dialog box. As you see, Jack cannot do "Design" task, but would be available for "Building" Task. Could you help me now and simplify as to how I can solve this using "Assign Resources" Dialog Box?

Are you talking about resource levelling? I'm unsure whether allocating resources takes levelling into account and this must be done separately?
