Need design stress value and modulus of elasticity of material 316 Ti for -175°C.

The Type 316 Ti is similar to Type 316, so in using ASME B31.3, the allowable stress value is 16.7 Ksi from 100 deg F down to -425 deg F.

For the Modulus of Elasticity, I used ASME B&PV Code, Section II, Part D, Table TM-1. For the austenitic stainless steel group, the Modulus at -325 deg F is 30.3 and at -200 deg F is 29.7. You can interpolate the specific value for your service temperature.
