Digital Oven Controller

(OP)
I want to soup up a Cookshack Smokette smoker. Currently it has a 750w heating element and a dial temp controller that sets between 150 to 250 degrees. Could anyone recommend a controller that would allow temps up to 350 degrees.

I hope this is in the right section. Thanks in advance

Rich

RE: Digital Oven Controller

Watlow has all kind of simple or sophisticated temperature controllers, you can check their website. Another cheap source is omega engineeering. Take your pick. The temperature sensor can be a simple thermocouple or a low cost RTD.
