Transmission Line and cable parameter program

Hello.  Does anyone know of a free transmission line and cable parameter program that is avaliable for excel, or can be run through a website, or possibly a stand-alone freeware program?  I have a bunch of mathCAD worksheets but sometimes I have a hard time getting use a machines that have MathCAD and the MathCAD sheets are generally not very scalable (i.e. changing a .mcd file from deriving and single three phase structure to a three phase structure mutually coupled to another three phase structure takes some time).

RE: Transmission Line and cable parameter program

You can get ATP for free (www.emtp.org) and it has line constants calculation modules, but it may be like swatting flies with a sledge hammer.
