Im having trouble making push pull points on surface fills can anyone help?

Try untrimming your fill surface. Freeform only works on untrimmed surfaces.
What command are you trying to incur?

Are you placing the Curves first?

What you could do, is transform the model in a solid (not a surface model), and use the free form.
