How to generate a Sphere?

How to generate a Sphere?

How to generate a Sphere?

(OP)
Hello everyone,

I want to ask a simple procedure question for i hope the answer of this question will lead me to generate my own special shape that i want to draw in SolidWorks. My question is simple and hope the answer is as well:

How can I draw a 3D AND full of material (not just shell, not empty inside) sphere?

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Can

RE: How to generate a Sphere?

This would be done with SolidWorks, not COSMOS.  I think you may have posted in the wrong forum.  I think you wanted to post this in forum559.

The solution would be to draw a "D" profile, with the center axis used for rotation.  Ensure the profile does not intersect itself, and it is closed.

Have you read FAQ731-376 to make the best use of Eng-Tips Forums?
