SOLIDWORKS 2007 BLOCK SCALING PROBLEMS?

SOLIDWORKS 2007 BLOCK SCALING PROBLEMS?

SOLIDWORKS 2007 BLOCK SCALING PROBLEMS?

(OP)
IN SOLIDWORKS 2007 SP2.0 WHEN INSERTING BLOCKS INTO A DRAWING, WHICH IS NOT SCALED 1:1, THE BLOCKS WILL DISPLAY INCORRECTLY.  THE TEXT WILL BE JUMBLED AND ROWS WILL BLEED INTO EACH OTHER.  HAS ANYONE EXPERIANCED THIS?

RE: SOLIDWORKS 2007 BLOCK SCALING PROBLEMS?

Same problem here has been broken since I installed 2007, never had this problem with 2004-2006.  Everytime you rescale the drawing the blocks retain their old scale and get messed up.  I fix the problem by deleting and reinserting the block after the rescale which can be a royal PITA if you have modified the contents of the block.  I reported the problem to my VAR about 3 months ago however have not heard back on a timetable for the fix.
