i am designing a 7000 gallon steel tank on a 12meters stanchions with 6 legs,i need the table value for a 7000 gallon in other to get the horizontal beam and the stachions

I don't really understand the question.

There probably isn't a table where you go look up beam sizes (my guess).  This sounds like it requires structural analysis and design - if you don't have the qualifications to design these properly, you should hire a structural engineer to help you.
