What type of relay to use??

What type of relay to use??

What type of relay to use??

(OP)
I need relay (well, 4 actually) that is rated to be energised for 12hrs+ a time. I have look on RS and Maplins website, neither of provides this data.

Could someone please advise as to what type of relay I should be looking?

Needs to be 12v dc coil and 2A contacts. Lower the power of the coil the better.

Many thanks, Si.

RE: What type of relay to use??

I would be very surprised if there were control relays that weren't rated for continuous use.  I certainly wouldn't ever want to use one that wasn't.
