Cross Section Help

I know that you can create a section of one part in an assembly, but is there a way to omitt an component from an assembly cross section?  I've been away from Pro/E for about 2 years and my skills are a little rusty.

RE: Cross Section Help

yes, the functionality is indeed there. if you're on 2001, right-click the xsec for properties and #next/previous until you highlight the component, then #exclude comp.

i'm kinda new to WF, so i don't know the clickies off the top of my head, but i'm certain it's a similiar routine.
