The suspension of a small urban vehicle
The suspension of a small urban vehicle
(OP)
What type of suspension system would you recomend for a small urban vehicle powered by an electrical engine?Could you give me some tips about the places(on line publications, sientific articles etc) where I could find some information about the suspension design, analysis?

RE: The suspension of a small urban vehicle
Are the motors in the wheels or mounted to the body?
Best bet is to look at similar vehicles, but assuming 30 mph, reasonable comfort, you'll need about 2 inches of wheel travel into jounce, 3 inches into rebound, possibly more if the wheels are small.
