Protection from High salinity water

Protection from High salinity water

(OP)
Dear friends ,

Turboflowmeter with other fittings and gauges will be installed at the pump wellhead to measure the discharge flow from the pump. The discharge water is of high salinity (3000PPM), Y-sTRAINER will be installed before the flowmter, but Im still worry from the effect of salt on the flowmeter, and I assume that the SS mesh inside the strainer will be closed after short time of running if if its not cleaned periodically due to the high percentage of salinity.

Does anyone have any idea a bout the recommended protection or instructions to protect the flowmeter and the other fittings that will be installed at the wellhead (Like check valve, gate valves, flow control valve, etc ...)from this high salinity of water, Inaddition to the recommended coating against water of high salinity.

Thanks
