Interger XIO bit Question

Interger XIO bit Question

Interger XIO bit Question

(OP)
I'm troubleshooting and existing PLC5 program the documentation is weak. The line in question looks like this.
     N10:10                                   B19:1
-------| |-----------------------------------( )--------
        6                                            4

I have a screen shot that includes the N10 file but do not know how to post it. How does an interger file be examined for open close?

RE: Interger XIO bit Question

It looks like it's only looking at a particular bit within the word.

RE: Interger XIO bit Question

6 below the contact name is the bit in the N10:10 integer word.
A bit status may be monitored and toggled from the ladder, without viewing the datafile.
