KEEPING CONSISTENT COLOR OF PART WHEN ADDING FEATURES

KEEPING CONSISTENT COLOR OF PART WHEN ADDING FEATURES

KEEPING CONSISTENT COLOR OF PART WHEN ADDING FEATURES

(OP)
I have two parts from an assembly that I've created a part file of (the two parts from the assembly are saved as a single part file). The default color when I create parts is a light blue.  The new part's color has been changed to red, however every new feature added to the new part comes in as the light blue.  Is there a way to make all new faces of the new features created for this part match the red color I've changed the part to?

Thanks for the suggestions.

John

I believe if you RMB the part name at the top of the FM, select 'Appearance/Color', then your color, you should be good to go.

You may need to "remove all colours" first.
