Wiring Harness Drawing Standard

Wiring Harness Drawing Standard

(OP)
I would like to know what the general rule is for Assembly Drawings for Wiring Harness.  Would you use find numbers or reference designators?  Or does it matter?  This would be for military applications.

Thanks.

RE: Wiring Harness Drawing Standard

You might want to check to see if there is a MIL standard (assuming you are in the US) that would apply to drawing preparation and control.  You might also find that they have incorporated some other standard for drawing preparation by reference.
