refrigerated ammonia tank in an anular chamber - sizing vent holes

(OP)
Hello, my question is relative to a refrigerated ammonia tank (5000 m³) placed in an concrete anular chamber with a roof in which I have to place vent holes. How can I estimate the vent size in order to evacuate the ammonia vapors in case of tank rupture.
The ammonia is stored at -33°C in the tank.
The anular chamber is a wall of concrete surrounding the tank and leaving a space 2 m large with the tank.
The anular chamber is at 20°C and when the ammonia at -33°c fall in, vapors are produced.
Can that produce an overpressure in the anular chamber?
How estimates this overpressure?
Thank you for your help
