Manufacturing replay problem

Manufacturing replay problem

Manufacturing replay problem

(OP)
I'm having problems with my manufacturing program when I try to play the toolpath simulation I am given the message "The stock part specified is not proper".
I have been working on this part for the best part of a week and its been fine, I have not changed anything with the stock part and now it has stopped working.
Any ideas why?

Thanks,

Ben

RE: Manufacturing replay problem

Hi there

Had this problem myself. It works ok but as the process gets bigger it will just crash. You can play with the settings in tools/options/machining/photo video. Set Tool/faceting to larger and set the slider bar to about 50. to start with.

Usually I just need the replay to save the CGR file for a second operation rough stock. Even if the video is crashing you can click the FF button (>>) and it will display the finished cut stock (but with no toolpath replay) allowing you to save the CGR.
Hope this helps
